The food was so delicious! The meat inside was so tender and flavorful! The grilled vegetables were perfect! We ordered the Fajita Quesadilla Gordos and the Chimichanga Verdes. I also loved the tropical margarita!

My sister and I stayed a night in Mauston and decided to try Gordos. Excellent food! Staff was friendly and didn't rush us. The Chunky Guacamole was sooo good. I had the Paella. A house specialty. It was amazing! Beautifully presented and so good it killed me not to be able to finish the huge portion they prepared. Will absolutely go back next time I am up that way!
Attentive wait staff, and the food (especially the Molcajete) was amazing! Went here twice the week we were in the area. IMO better than any of the Mexican restaurants in the Dells.

Wow, when Pedro's in Madison closed a few years ago I thought I'd never find a really good Mexican Restaurant again, low and behold it was pretty much in my backyard! Gordos! The reason I never stopped there was because it didn't sound authentic enough...boy I was wrong. Carlos was our server and he was so friendly and personable. We had the Flag Burrito and it was simply amazing... enough for two days...the restaurant was super clean with a friendly atmosphere....
